Wilma Jeanne Everett, 77, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022, at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, Kansas.

She was born on December 24, 1944 in Laredo, Texas, the daughter of William Harold and Frankie Jeanne (Shelley) Butts.

Pat, as she was known to all, had grown up around Quenemo. She lived in and near Quenemo most of her life and had lived in Lyndon for the last 14 years.

Pat had worked for H.D. Lee in Ottawa, for Filter Service in Lyndon, was a Real Estate office manager and was a Homemaker.

On April 21, 1984, Pat was married to John "Pappy" Everett in Ottawa.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Jeanne; and her daughter, Bridgette Rodney.

Pat is survived by her husband, John, of 38 years; her two daughters, Dawnita Fine of Lyndon and Karen (Steve) Gibbs of Carbondale; her two sisters, Noreen (Dorsett) Markham of Vassar and Nadine Bell of Osage City; and Jack Fine, who she loved as two of her grandchildrens Dad; six grandchildren, Brian (Brandy) Rodney, Billy Rodney, Charlene Gibbs, Alex Gibbs, Bobbi Fine and Kylee (Valerie) Fine-Jimenez; and three great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life for Pat will be held from 2:00 to 4:00pm on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at the Feltner Funeral Chapel in Lyndon. Inurnment in Woodlawn Cemetery will be at a later date.

Memorial contributions in memory of Pat may be made to the Midwest Transplant Network, sent in care of the funeral home. Online condolences for the family may be left at feltnerfuneralhome.com.
