Bill was born December 21, 1964, in Independence, KS. Bill was a jack of all trades, to include working in the areas of cosmetology, cooking and as a floral designer.
His hobbies included reading, gardening, baking and was a very talented artist and painter. To all who knew Bill, it will be his great sense of humor, his kind soul, corny jokes and numerous memes that we will all miss. Bill made friends wherever he went and always made everyone feel included, but above all else, his true love was for his family.
