Willard passed at the Brookdale Assisted Living Facility in Junction City, Kansas.

He was born in Blanchard, Oklahoma to Willard Kent Dugger and Audrey "Rosewell" Dugger.

The family moved to the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas.

After graduating high school Willard enlisted in the U. S. Army and served from 1950 to 1952.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years Kathleen "Allen" Dugger at Brookdale in Junction City, Kansas.

His only child Kent Allen Dugger and his wife Cindy "Dekat" Dugger of Manhattan, Kansas.

His only grandchild Tyler Kent Allen Dugger and his partner Hana Johnson of Manhattan, Kansas.

One sister Fonda Haney of Ruston, Louisiana. And many Loved Nieces and Nephews.

He is proceeded in death by 3 sisters: Ada Cann, Mary Bishop, and Aline Watson and 1 brother

Richard Dugger.

Willard owned Wardrobe Cleaner in Junction City, Kansas for many years.

He enjoyed Hunting, Collecting Antiques, RVing and Spending time with his family and friends at the beach on South Padre Island, Texas. His greatest joy in life was his grandson, Tyler.

Honoring Willards wishes he was Cremated, and a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
