Wanda Kay Arnold-Nitcher passed away peacefully on January 4, 2024, in her home in Topeka, Kansas.
Born on October 16, 1947, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Ronald L Nitcher. Surviving family include her sister Joanne and daughters Rhonda, Michelle, and Teresa. Eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.
Wanda's innate warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. Her gentle spirit and unwavering positivity were a source of comfort and inspiration. She navigated life with an open heart, always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand to anyone in need. Her presence was a staple at the Kansas Health Care Association, and later at Plaza West Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, where she contributed not only her time but also her spirit, which uplifted everyone around her. Wanda's generosity extended beyond her immediate surroundings, touching everyone who walked through those doors.
