Victor I. Narvaez

Victor I. Narvaez, 62, passed away Monday, July 3, 2017 in Topeka, KS. He was born February 14, 1955 in Kingsville, TX to Frank and Antonia Narvaez. He served in the US Air Force and later worked as a contract laborer at various refineries in Corpus Christi. Victor was preceded in death by his parents and brother Frank Narvaez, III. He is survived by his son, Jay Ritchie of Round Rock, TX; two sisters, Loretta Cavazos, Mariza Narvaez, brother Fred Narvaez; five nieces (Margaret, Rebecca, Tonya, Vanessa, Jackie) one nephew (Franki); six grand-nieces and nephews (Trinity, George, Jayden, Sophia, Evelyn and Bella). "Uncle Toy" and "the Kid" will be greatly missed by the Soto and Narvaez families. Memorial services are pending until we bring him home to Texas and laid to rest near his big brother at Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Corpus Christi, TX.
