Tyrone Eugene Simpson

Tyrone Eugene Simpson passed away on April 4, 2017.

He was born on July10, 1963 in Kansas City, Missouri to Kenneth Russell Hernandez and Barbara Jean Smith. Mr. Simpson moved to Topeka, Kansas when he was a toddler with his mom, where he was adopted by his loving stepfather Leo Albert Simpson Jr. He was a lifelong resident of Topeka Kansas.

Mr. Simpson was the second child of Barbara and the first child of Russelle. His Biological father, adoptive father and brother (Leo Albert Simpson III preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother Barbara Elliott - Topeka KS, Stepfather Jimmy Elliott - Kansas City, MO, Two Sons Elijah Mendez-Simpson-Manhattan KS, Nicholas Alveraz-Simpson -Topeka, KS, One brother Phillip Simpson (Earnestine) Washington DC, One Sister Cynthia Neal (Anthony) Tampa FL, three aunts Lillian Jones -Kansas City KS, Anita Jones (Melvin) Houston TX, Vanessa Jackson Houston TX, two uncles Milton Smith Jr Kentucky, Wayman Smith (Lisa) Miami FL, four nieces, four nephews, 2 great nephews, 3 great nieces, 2 Great uncles, 2 Great aunts, a host of cousins and friends.

Mr. Simpson graduated from Topeka High School. He held several positions within his lifetime, which included, Production worker at Josten Year Book, Dietary at VA Hospital. Mr. Simpson was retired at the time of his death.

Memorial Services for Mr. Simpson will be held Tuesday April 18, 2017 at the apostolic Church of Jesus Christ 2420 SE Bellview Topeka KS 66605 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.
