Toby Lee Luse

Toby Lee Luse passed away August 26, 2021 at Providence Medical Center Kansas City, KS. Toby was born June 7, 1957, the son of Wm Duane and Allora Ann (Burlew) Luse. He suffered with Spina Bifida resulting in numerous surgeries,. Toby participated in wheelchair basketball for several years. Toby was frequently seen riding his wheelchair on the Topeka streets. He was once clocked at over 30 mph by one of our cities finest officers. Toby was a graduate of Topeka West High School. He resided at Kaw River Rehabilitation Center in Edwardsville, Ks. He was preceded in death by his mother Allora Ann (Burlew) Luse. Survivors include father Wm Duane Luse, brother Terry (Karen) Luse, sister Ginger (Harold) Hogan, nephew Christopher (Bobbi) Miller, nieces Jessic Luse, Jaimie Luse and great niece AuraMae Mullin all of Topeka.
