Timothy Charles Williams

Timothy Charles Williams, 57, passed away March 13, 2017 in his home in Topeka. Born December 2, 1959, he was the son of Della Marie Preston and the late Donald G. Williams. Tim attended Seaman District Schools and was later employed for several happy years at Hall Lithographing Company, Inc. where he was admired for his skills as an accomplished pressman. Tim enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, and was always eager to help a family member or friend in need. He will be remembered as a most kind and gentle soul, with a quick wit and fun sense of humor that will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his father, Donald, Tim was predeceased by sisters Candy Sue and Jan, and brother Donnie, but remained surrounded by a large extended family throughout his life. He is survived by his mother, Della Marie Preston (Jerry) of Topeka; daughters, Tricia Marie Vannattan (Shane) of Leavenworth, Rachel Lee Adair (Daniel) of TX, and Ashley Annette Vogan of Edwardsville; grandsons Austin and Carter; siblings John, Mike, Linda, Tommy, Jerry and Lisa; 43 nieces and nephews, 40 great nieces and nephews, and four great-great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service officiated by Francis Nelson will be held Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Redemption Church, 1017 NW Gordon, Topeka, KS. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery will immediately follow where his remains will be placed in a family plot.
