Thomas E. "Tom" Noack Jr.

August 12, 1959 — April 10, 2024

Thomas E. Noack Jr., "Tom" to his friends and family, passed away on April 10, 2024, after a courageous battle with an extended illness. Tom was born on August 12, 1959, to Thomas E. and Connie L. Noack Sr. and is survived by his loving spouse, Sharon Noack, with whom he shared a lifetime full of cherished memories.

A lifelong resident of Topeka, KS, Tom graduated from Topeka West High School in 1977. He went on to work for the State of Kansas for 41 years. His work ethic and loyalty were a testament to his character, and his presence will be deeply missed by his colleagues and those who had the honor of working alongside him.

Tom was an avid bowler, a hobby that brought him great joy and a sense of community. His enthusiasm for sports was undeniable, and he was a fervent supporter of the Jayhawks and the Chiefs. His spirited nature came to life during game days, especially when he and Sharon found themselves rooting for opposing teams, creating a playful rivalry that was all in good fun.

A man of many interests, Tom also found enjoyment in the pages of a good book, often immersing himself in different worlds through his love of reading. His creativity in his Wood-working skills was a source of pride and joy, as he could often be found undertaking home improvement projects. He was always eager to lend a hand to family and friends in need.

Tom's spirited personality was matched by a heart full of love for his family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Connie L. Noack and his brother Scott A Noack. He leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished by his son, Travis (Lyndsey) Felver, and five adoring grandchildren, who will continue to look up to him as a source of inspiration and strength. His memory will also be treasured by his father, Thomas Noack Sr. and stepmother Joey; his brother, Christopher (David) Noack; his sister, Leslie (Mark) Riley; and his niece, Shannon (Bradley) Riley. His

stepsisters, Jodi (Luke) Foster, Jennifer (Bruce) Schlesener, Cassie (Adam) Kelley, and many more loving family members, will hold dear the moments they shared with Tom.

Per his wishes, Tom's family will be holding a private inurnment ceremony. Please join the family for a "Celebration of Life" party for all of his family and friends on Saturday, April 13th at 3:00 in the afternoon at Chris and David's house.

Memorial contributions can be made in Tom's name to the Cat Association of Topeka or to the American Cancer Society.
