Terry Lee Warren-Tucker

Terry Lee Warren-Tucker, 57, of Carbondale, passed away on Tuesday, March 18th, 2014 in Topeka Kansas. She was born a twin on August 2nd, 1956, in Topeka Kansas, the daughter of Mary Johnson Snell and Gary Warren. Terry graduated from Santa Fe Trail in 1975. Following graduation Terry and John Tucker were married in Overbrook Kansas. They resided in Carbondale Kansas for 37 years. Terry never let her own difficulties take away her compassion for animals (especially her horses) and the outdoors. She also had many other interests, which helped her to stay busy, when not having fun with her grandchildren. Terry was survived by husband John Tucker of Carbondale; children Josie and Jesse of Carbondale and Jonnie of Topeka; grandchildren Ashlind, Jasmine, and Tatiana; mother Mary and Orlando Snell; sisters Ranea of Scranton and Tonya of Overbrook; as well as other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, brother Barry, father Gary, and sister Sherry. We want to remember and celebrate Terry's life and all that she did. She touched many lives and will be very much missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Following memorial services Friday, March 28, 2014 (between 1pm and 2pm) in Carbondale at The Church of Christian Fellowship; with Pastor John Cross; Terry will be laid to rest at the Overbrook cemetery. Afterwards, family and friends are invited to The Patch to reminisce.
