Susan K. Wilson

Susan K. (Veronneau) Wilson, 74, of Topeka, KS died Sunday, March 27, 2022, at the Healthcare Resort of Topeka. She was born January 15, 1948, in Meriden, CT the daughter of Robert and Marian (McLaughlin) Veronneau. Susan married Darryl Wilson on August 12, 1978, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. They moved to Topeka in 2012 to be closer to their children and grandchildren. He preceded her in death. Survivors include her sister Nancy Thompson of Pompano Beach, FL, a stepson, Shawn (Lynn) Wilson and a stepdaughter Christi Steward all of Topeka. Three grandchildren, Ashley Wilson, Elizabeth Steward and Amber Rathbun also survive. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Veronneau, Robert Veronneau and a sister, Sally Vanderberg. Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st Street, Topeka, KS 66604.
