Stanley Dean "Stan" Murphy

Sadly, Stan passed away on December 25, 2023 at his home in Topeka, Kansas. He was 68 years of age. He went peacefully with family at his side.

Stan was born on October 14, 1955 to parents Murel A. and Eleanor N. (Thompson) Murphy. His parents preceded him in death along with his brother, Dale W. Murphy. A sister, Linda K. (Murphy) Hood of Coffeyville, Kansas survives. Other survivors include Dale's children, Miles and Curtis, as well as Linda's children, Heather and Josh.

On July 12, 1975 Stan married his beloved wife, Teresa L. (Rauch) Murphy. She survives. They had one daughter, Jenna L. (Murphy) Torrez (Husband, Andrew). She also survives along with three children, Julian, Tristan, and Tyson Torrez.

Stan's pride and joy were his family! He loved his grandsons dearly and enjoyed being "Papa".

At Stan's request, there will be no services.
