Sandra Stroup
Sandra Stroup 82 of Topeka Ks passed peacefully February 7th, 2026, at Stormont Vail Hospital. She was born 11-19-1943 in Corpus Christi Tx. She worked for Topeka State Hospital and later retired from Valeo Behavioral Health Center
Sandra is survived by daughters Karen (Robert) Lewis and Patricia Dugan, 7 grandchildren Cristina, Melissa, Jennifer, Alex, Megan, Weston and Jodie and 12 great-grandchildren, and brothers Scott & Don Bower
Sandra was preceded in death by son William Earnest Meredith (Billy) and parents Lula Mae and Donald A. Bower
Cremation is planned. A celebration of life for Sandra will be Sunday, February 22, 2026 from 1-3 at the shelter house of South Village Mobile Home Park, 4637 SE South Village Parkway
We welcome everyone to join us who knew Sandra. Snacks, desserts and beverages will be provided.
