Roger Edgar

Roger Edgar, a friend of Bill W, for 48 years, passed away Tuesday morning, with his all American dog, Satch, by his side. He was 89 years young.

He loved his family and would do anything for his children an granchildren, family was everthing to him. He loved traveling and was always ready to go and was always up for an adventure. He was planning a trip to Illinois in 2 weeks with his daughter, for another adventure.

He is survived by 3 of his 5 children, Kathleen, of Golden CO, Loretta of Bloomfield NM and Calvin of Topeka KS. He was proceeded in death by his wife Teresa, his son Paul and daughter Cindy. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, Daniel, Kevin, Jason, Marc and Hilary and 11 greatgrandchildren.

Services will be held at the Carbondale Community Center, Saturday, May 27 at 3pm, and a lot luck will follow.

He was always there for those in need and will be missed by all who knew him.
