Rocky, known affectionately by his friends and family, graduated from Central Heights High School in 1999, where he was recognized for his artistic talents and awarded a scholarship to art school. Despite this honor, he chose a path that allowed him to work with his hands, a testament to his grounded and practical spirit. His career spanned various trades, from laying carpet to building houses, showcasing his versatility and work ethic. Rocky's love for life was evident in his wide array of interests. He was an avid video game enthusiast, with particular fondness for the game Skyrim. His passion for drawing was unmatched and remained a constant source of joy and expression throughout his life. Music was another of Rocky's great loves; he had an eclectic taste that ranged from classic rock to rap music from the 90s and 2000s.

His sense of humor was one of his most memorable traits, bringing laughter and light-heartedness to every room he entered. Rocky's creativity was not only reflected in his artistic pursuits but also in his ability to find innovative solutions in his work and daily life. Rocky is survived by his children, Chase Elliott and Lilly Elliott, and his cherished grandson, Leo Elliott, who brought immense joy to his life. He was a devoted son to his late parents, Rocky Gene Elliott Sr. and Allena Bartlett (Voelker). His legacy continues through his siblings, Cory Barton (step-brother), Kyle Elliott (half-brother), Josh Miesle (half-brother), Landon Andring (Elliott) (half-sister), Breanna Elliott (half-sister), and Kandi May Lopez (Dickson) (step-sister).

He was also a beloved nephew to his aunts and uncles, Kim McBroom, Mitchell Elliott, Anne Elliott, the late Rex Elliott, Mary Lee Elliott, Sheila Morgan (McBroom), Debbie Robinette (Voelker), Tim Voelker, Late Uncle Eldon Elliott Jr. and Christina Marshall (Elliott). Rocky's departure leaves a void in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will miss his presence dearly.

Rocky's life was a testament to the power of love, laughter, and creativity. As we remember him, we celebrate the enduring impact he made on the lives of those around him.
