Robert E. “Bob” Jarrett

Robert E. "Bob" Jarrett, Lawrence, died Wednesday, December 18, 2019 in Lawrence, Kansas.

Bob was born on May 2, 1934 on a farm near Stockton, Kansas to Jesse and Anna Mae Jarrett. He was a graduate of Stockton High School.

Bob married Margery Eckman in Stockton, Kansas.

Bob operated service stations in Stockton, Hays and Pratt, Kansas and he and his wife operated a roasted nut business later in their lives in Harlingen, Texas.

Survivors include two daughters, Becky May, Lawrence, Kansas and Marcie Williams and husband, Doug, Hays, Kansas and a son Jeff Jarrett and wife Sheri, Topeka, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Jeri Thyfault, and his wife Margery.

Burial will be a private family ceremony.
