Richard Anthony Libertine

Richard Anthony Libertine, 74, of Topeka, KS, passed away Monday, February 2, 2026.

He was born June 18, 1951, in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Richard and Janet (Larson) Libertine.

Richard served honorably as a nurse in United States Army.

He had ten siblings, six sisters and four brothers.

Richard is survived by a daughter, Janise Tedlock and her husband, Daniel, of St. George, SC, three grandchildren, Justan (Maci Humberston) Tucci, Heith Tucci, Jr., and Austin Tucci along with two great-grandchildren, Rylan Tucci and Marina Tucci.

Cremation has taken place.
