Ralph Whitney Chiles

Ralph Whitney Chiles, 59, of Burlingame, KS, passed peacefully on March 31, 2015 at Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka. He was born March 29th in Topeka Kansas, the son of George Vernon Chiles and Edna Chiles (Pautz). He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1974. He was an avid KU Jayhawks and Chiefs fan. He enjoyed fishing, camping, bowling, mudding and spending time with his family and dog Abby.

Ralph was married to Gail Chiles on August 24, 1984 in Topeka. She preceded him in death on December 1, 2013. He was also preceded in death by his parents, George Vernon Chiles and Edna Chiles.

Surviving is a brother: George Westley "Wes" Chiles (Eva); a daughter: Christina Justice (Tim Bush); a son: Nathan Justice; a daughter: Eve Tracy (Dave); a daughter: Charlene Atwood (Matt); 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

A private celebration of life memorial will be Sunday, April 5, 2015 with close family and friends.
