Phil died on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Life Care Center in Burlington. He was 61 years old. Phil lived all his life in the Emporia area. His major employment was at Modine's making radiators. Phil was a graduate of Hartford High School. He is survived by three children, A private family service will be held later.
