Penny Bailey

Penny Bailey passed away at Stormont-Vail HealthCare on August 25, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Taylor (2002); her sister, Donna Brandenburg (2004); and her brother, Kevin Taylor (2014). She is survived by her husband, Richard Bailey, of Topeka, KS; her son, Daniel Bailey, of Topeka, KS; her mother, Phyllis Taylor, of Topeka, KS; a brother, William Taylor, of Bridport, VT; a sister, Kimberly Taylor, of Topeka, KS; a brother, David Taylor, of Topeka, KS, and many nieces and nephews. She loved them all very much. Penny was employed at Stormont-Vail HealthCare since 1980. She attended Seaman High School. The family intends to hold a celebration of her life. They want to celebrate her and gather to share their memories about the very compassionate and giving way she lead her life. The celebration will be held from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 5, 2015, at Parker-Price Family Center, 1940 NW Central Ave.
