Paul Earl Buster, Jr. (39) of Topeka was born December 18, 1979, in San Bernardino, CA. Paul, JR, Passed away December 28, 2018, due to complications associated with the H1N1 Influenza Virus.

He is preceded in passin by his Grandparents Sadie Louise Seward Buster, Colton, CA; Lemuel Grant Buster, Sr., Chicago, IL; Maria Luna Mendoza Encinas, Sylmar, CA; Manuel Hurata Encinas, Sylmar, CA; Louise Norvell; Patrick Norvell, Pacomia CA.

He is survived by his parents Cheryl Norvell, New Castle, WA; Paul E. Buster, SR.; Lupe L. Encinas Buster, Topeka, KS. His brothers, Anthony Brandon and Lemuel G. Buster III. Sister, Deborah Ann Celestine Buster. Nephews Manuel, Lemuel IV, Patrick, Joshua Jr. , and Nieces Lamia, Gisele, Selena, and a large loving extended family of many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He graduated from Summit High School in Colorado and attended Mesa College in Grand Junction, Colorado.

JR spent many years employed in the restaurant and hotel service industries. He was a featured employee in several Topeka area publications for exemplary achievements as a leader in these fields. He had a love for working with people, a gift of gab, and a smile that was contagious.

JR consumed the rest of his time among family and friends. He loved spending time with nieces, nephews, and little cousins and basked in the role of being the "FUN UNCLE". JR was a rare soul, who personified an intoxicating joy to one and all.

JR enjoyed travel, experiencing cultures and cuisines, from road sisde get-a-ways to international experiences. He had a passionate connection with any place there was a beach and little umbrella drinks.

As we remember Paul, his radiant joy, zeal for experiencing life, and living to the fullest every possible moment, we can reflect back on all of the great times that have been shared, and we know that heaven is shining a little bit brighter with one fantastic soul added to the glorious mix.

Memorial service to be held at 10:00 AM January 12, 2019 at  Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church 610 SE Lime St. Topeka Ks 66607.
