Patricia Lorraine Dugan

Patricia Lorraine Dugan, age 59, passed away on February 17, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. 

She was born on August 30, 1966, in Topeka, Kansas, to Sandra Stroup and William Meredith. 

Patricia attended Silver Lake High School and dedicated more than 11 years as kitchen manager at Pauline Central School, where she cared for her community with the same warmth she gave her family. 

She loved going to dinner with friends and could often be found trying her luck on her favorite slot machines, always hoping for a little extra fun. 

Patricia is survived by her sister, Karen Lewis; her children, Alex Dugan, Megan Dugan, son-in-law Nevada Peterson, Weston Carnegie, and Jodie Dugan; and her seven beloved grandchildren, who will carry her love forward every day.
