On February 15th, 1959, Jon and Judy Crick eloped and started their life together which was 64 precious years long.
For the first 20 years, he worked in computer operations starting with the State of Kansas Department of Revenue. He then became the Operations Administrator for the City of Phoenix, in the water billing department then he went on to fulfill his dream of preaching the word of God full-time.
He resigned from his job and moved our family to Manhattan, Kansas to attend Christian College
Jon served multiple churches for the next 40-plus years retiring from Christ's Church in Holton, Kansas in 2023. Jon, your sermons, compassion, counseling, kindness, and love are already greatly missed. There will be a family gathering at a later date.
Memorials are suggested for the Wounded Warriors Project. Jon thanked every soldier he met who is retired or is currently serving that he is proud of them and proud to be an American.
God Bless our Soldiers and the United States of America.
