Nicholas Wayne Clearwater

August 7, 1987 — April 6, 2016

Nicholas Wayne Clearwater unexpectedly went to be with his Heavenly Father on April 6, 2016 at the age of 28 in Topeka, Kansas. Nick is survived by his loving wife Kim Clearwater; his parents James Clearwater and Michelle Clearwater; his brother Charles Wesley Clearwater; his step-brother Phillip Morales; his step-sisters Tamara Frye and Nikki Houk; many other family members and an amazing amount of friends.

Nick was born in Topeka, Kansas on August 7, 1987 to James and Michelle Clearwater. He graduated from Perry Lecompton High School in 2006. He attended Kaw Area Technical School and completed his welding certificate. On November 11, 2011, he married the love of his life, Kimberly Elizabeth Clearwater (Fulghum). He was employed as a welder for HF Rubbery Machinery, Inc. He was an active member of Grace Community Church where he helped in the nursery, greeted everyone, and assisted in teaching in the children's program.

Nick was an amazing man that always put God, family and friends first in his life. He was passionate about hunting, fishing, motorcycles, working on vehicles, eating, church, children and helping as many people as possible. He had a wonderful infectious laugh and could always put a smile on your face. He was always the life of the party and had an amazing generous spirit that continues on as he was an organ donor as well. He is greatly loved and he will always be missed until we join him in heaven.

Services will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday, April 14th at Grace Community Church, 4500 SW Burlingame in Topeka, Kansas. The family kindly requests that no flowers be sent. For contributions, please contact the Topeka City Employees Credit Union or Grace Community Church.

"Don't need to worry or be scared, He is with us. He is always with us. No matter what happens, God has us in his hand and will protect us and walk with us through all of this. We will pray for us to feel God's presence and know that no matter what God will take care of us and those that we love."
