Nancy Kay Gordon

Nancy Kay (Winklepleck) Gordon, 73 of Manhattan, KS went home to be with the lord on March 15, 2019.

Nancy was born to George and Margie Winklepleck on September 7, 1945 in Marysville, KS.  She graduated from St. George High School in 1963 and went on to marry Gary Neil Gordon of Wamego, KS.  Together they had two children.

She leaves her children, Tony Gordon (Tamara Gordon) and Tina Ayotte of Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Along with her children she is survived by her younger sister Ricki Shaw of Topeka, KS., and her younger brother Mike Winklepleck (Colleen Winklepleck) of Myrtle, MO, along with many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, brother George Winklepleck, sister Linda Bowman, as well as her oldest grandson, Brandon Ayotte.

Nancy will be remembered as a loving, kind hearted woman with a great listening ear.  She will be missed by her family.

Her request was to celebrate her life in lieu of morning her death with a funeral.  "Have a party in my honor".  So, in honoring of her request, there will be a celebration of life gathering at the Blue Hills Room\RC McGraws, Manhattan, KS on Saturday April 13th, 2019 beginning at 11:00 am.
