Myron Lloyd Iwig

Myron Lloyd Iwig (Butch) 56 years old

Myron was born June 16th 1964 in Topeka KS and died from cancer September 27th 2020 in Topeka KS.

Parents were Leon Neil Iwig and Mary Lou Iwig.  He was a lifelong Topeka resident, attended Highland Park JR. High and Topeka West Highschool.  He worked as a mechanic, construction worker, and then at Walmart as a grocery stocker.  He was a jack of all trades.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Leon Neil Iwig Jr., and a sister Lynda Iwig.

Survivors include his son Christian Iwig, sister Lorie Taylor, brother John Whittington, many nieces and nephews and roommate/co-parent Donella Davidson.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Highland Heights Christian Church or Midland Hospice.

Services will be October 5th 2020 at 11 am at the Highland Heights Christian Church 2930 SE Tecumseh Rd, Tecumseh KS. 66542.  His ashes will be laid to rest at West Lawn Memorial Gardens and dinner follow after graveside services.

The dinner will be a potluck and will be at Gage Park at the playground  across from the Helen Hocker Theater.  Please bring a side dish and extra chairs if you plan on attending the dinner.
