Msg. Frank Narvaez Iii

MSG. Frank Narvaez III passed away on Jan. 24, 2017 in Paxico, Kansas. Frank was born in Kingsville Texas on July 8, 1952 to Antonia and Frank Narvaez.He joined the U.S. Army after graduating from H.M. King High School and married Kathleen Mosley in 1978 when stationed in Lawton Oklahoma.Frank served in the U.S. Army in Texas, Korea, Hawaii, and the Middle East. He was in he 82ndAirborne, an Army Recruiter, trainer and liaison security escort while serving overseas. Frank lived in Topeka Kansas since 1989 where he graduated from Washburn University.He was a YMCA camp director and an elementary school physical education teacher andSundayschool educator at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Topeka. Frank retired from the U.S. Army and Goodyear Tire. His surviving family include his children, Rebecca, Tonya Jo and Frank IV; siblings, Loretta, Victor, Fred, Mariza; and many cousins and other relatives and friends. Services were held in Topeka Kansas on January 31, 2017, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and final burial of his ashes with military honors will be in Corpus Christi Texas onMay 8that Coastal Bend Veterans Cemetery at11amwith a luncheon following at the American Legion. Frank served a life that centered around his faith, honor in country and God. He was a proud father and loyal solider.
