Michael John Hund

Michael (Mike) John Hund, age 61, passed away December 31st, 2014 at his home in Topeka, KS. He was born January 23rd, 1953 in Axtell, KS.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Hund, and his father, Marvin Hund.

Mike is survived in death by two children, his son Christopher Hund of Meriden KS and his daughter Melissa Hund of Topeka, KS, his three grandchildren Shawn, Jacob, and Camryn. And his four siblings Sue, Shelly, Tim and Mark.

Mike enjoyed gazing at the stars, taking long country drives, playing golf and watching old western movies. He especially loved spending time with his wonderful grandkids.

Mike was a hard-worker, a true friend, a loving dad and grandpa and had a laugh you would never forget. Stubborn and grumpy at times, he was truly a kind-hearted, smart and respectful man that was loved by many.

Please join us in a celebration of life on the day of Mike's birth. It will be held on January 23rd, 2015 at Reynolds Lodge, 3315 SE Tinman Circle, Lake Shawnee, Topeka, KS. Celebration will be held from 6pm-8pm.
