Megan Lynn Kern

Megan Lynn Kern of Hoyt, KS passed away unexpectedly on May 5th, 2022. She was 25 years old. Megan obtained her High School Diploma from Kansas State High School. She was currently employed at Spangles and Prairie Band Potawatomi Casino. She loved her daughter, family and close friends very much. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter doing arts and crafts, gardening, spending time with her nieces and nephews, she also enjoyed watching football. Megan was caring, smart, organized, loving, creative and hilarious. Megan leaves behind her daughter Aurora Irene Overby of St. Marys, Father Michael (Tammy) Kern of Denison, Mother Lori Kern of St. George. Siblings Elisabeth (Nicholas) Nelson of Hoyt, KatLynn (Oluwasegun) Adeleke of Aurora, IL, Daryl Kern of Saint Cloud, MN, Mirisa (Michael) Wyss of Belvue, Lacy Tompkins of Topeka, Tracy (Sean) Teetzal of Hoyt, Devin Jackson of Topeka. Grandparents Darrell and Carrol Kern of Mayetta and proceeded in death by Franklin and Doris Eames Whiting. Nieces and Nephews Nicole, Nathaniel, Michaela, Bentley, Waylon, Gabriel, Azarias, Augustus, Annie Jo and Abram.
