Mary Louise (Wagner) Nesbitt

Mary Louise (Wagner) Nesbitt (82) left this earth to be with the Lord on July 6, 2025 after a long battle with cancer. She was born December 7, 1942 to Grace Turner and Victor Wagner in Potter, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers John and Gerald and her partner of 27 years, Paul Heronime. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Meairs (Kris) Topeka, her sisters Alice Sawyer (Max) Perry KS and Ruth Journell (Richard) Waskom TX and her brother Bob Wagner(Sandy Burnham), Methuen MA.

During her life she was assistant manager at Hardees, a seamstress for Cunningham & Shields, a cook at DiPasquales Supper Club and she retired from Wagner's Mudjacking as their office manager.

Mary enjoyed her retirement on the farm and was very creative at making quilts and gorgeous stained glass windows along with raising several llamas.

Her, with her quick wit, sense of humor and especially her cookies (totally the best cookies ever) will be missed by her family and friends.

Per Mary's request, she will be cremated and there will not be a service. Her and Paul's ashes will be scattered together by her daughter.
