Lynda Faye Caldwell

Lynda FayE Caldwell was a loving and generous mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world unexpectedly on June 1, 2022. She was born in Emporia Kansas on December 12, 1946 to Kenneth and Delpha Croucher both deceased. She is survived by her brothers Donald Leon Croucher (Pamala Ann), James Richard Croucher (Gaylene), and Eldon Ray Croucher. A sister Judy K Croucher deceased. As a child, she was a free spirit. She would run the country roads, help on her grandparents' farm, and care for orphaned wild animals. Lynda loved riding and jumping her horse, Dutchess. Her two shepherds (Sheba and Fang) were her companions and protectors. She married David M. Caldwell in 1966. And are survived by 3 children Albert Wayne Caldwell (Shannon Joy), Jane Clarice Leger (Thomas Edward Jr.), and David Grant Caldwell. She later divorced in 1987. Lynda devoted her life to caring for her children and family. She later was able to enjoy and is survived by her grandchildren. Laura Leigh Holland, Caitlin Ashley Manual (Gabriel), Sarah Nicole Smith (Gordon), Ashley Lynn Barrett (Jamie), Jerrith Michael Caldwell, Drake Thomas Leger, Chelsea Lynne Caldwell, Emily Jane Leger, Hope Noelle Caldwell, and Karen Richelle Bailey. As well as great-grandchildren, Rhyleigh Nicole Barrett, Harleigh Faye Barrett, Jaymeigh Lynn Barrett, Anastasia Grace Williams, Legacy Ann Smith, Ezreal Thomas Leger, Elliana Rey Manuel, and Londynn Jane Smith, and many nieces and nephews. Lynda will be missed by many. She did not want any funeral services. At a later date, a celebration of her life will be held. Requiescet in pace.
