Laura Mae Cohee

Laura Mae Cohee (Corber) 70, passed away 9/4/2014 at her home. She was born on 11/15/1943 to Leona (Hilty) and James Corber in Topeka, KS.

Laura was a homemaker who loved her family very much. She enjoyed the simple things in life and her favorite past time included fishing and crocheting. She was well known for the many doll clothes she made. But, her grandchildren were the loves of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Cohee; parents; and brothers Lee Corber and Billy Corber. She is survived by 1 sister, Rose Morris; 5 brothers Jimmy Corber, James Corber, Alvin Corber, George Corber and Bobby Corber; 3 sister-in-laws Betty Henderson, Barbara Mercer and Mary Thomasson; 1 brother-in-law Terry Cohee; her 5 children, Penny Cohee, Sandra Gullion (Rick), Larry Cohee Jr., Jeff Cohee, Melissa Servantez (Brian); 3 grandchildren Jessica M. Cohee, Selena Servantez, Brendan Servantez; 1 great grandson Risk Alexander Brian Escalante; and many nieces and nephews.

A private inurnment will be held for the family.
