A proud graduate of Washburn Rural High School in 1973, Kevin went on to hone his skills at Kaw Valley Technical School, where he earned his Journeyman Plumbing License. His professional path in plumbing was a testament to his work ethic and expertise, taking him through esteemed local companies such as College Hill Plumbing, Latta Whitlow Plumbing, and Tom Owens Plumbing. His colleagues knew him as a man of integrity and dedication, always ready with a helping hand or a word of advice.

Beyond his professional contributions, Kevin was an ardent supporter of Kansas State athletics and the Washington Redskins, finding joy and camaraderie in the thrills of the game. His love for sports was matched by his enthusiasm for "The Simpsons," a show that brought laughter into his home and heart. As a coin collector, Kevin took pleasure in the quiet pursuit of numismatics, appreciating the history and artistry found in each piece of his growing collection.
