On Sunday, January 8, 2023, Kelly Ann Rosevelt, beloved mother, passed away at the age of forty-nine. She was born in Topeka, Kansas on February 22nd, 1973, the daughter of Luella Ann Wabskie.

Kelly was a homemaker. She was a member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Tribe. Kelly retired from the National Guard in 2001-2002. She enjoyed her time learning about spirituality, being with family and friends, and caring for animals. Kelly was known for her warm energy and bright smile along with her wit and humor. Kelly had a gentle soul that could soothe anyone.

Kelly is survived by her children, Kian Latka and Allyson Rodriguez both of Topeka, her aunts and uncles, Ray Lee Wabskie of Topeka, Gary (Sabrina)Wabskie of Mayetta, KS, Donna L. (Francisco)Vega of Topeka, Carol Lemonte of Russell, KS, Diane Wabskie Arnold of Russell, KS, her cousins, Aaliyah Garcia of Topeka, Shelly Lemonte of Topeka, Mathaniel Soliz of Russell, KS, Monica Soliz of Topeka, and Matthew Soliz of Russell, KS. Kelly was preceded in death by her mother Luella Wabskie on November 16, 2016.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Kelly at Shawnee Lake Shelter #6 on Thursday, January 26th, 2023, where her family may celebrate Kelly and receive friends from 5:30 until 10:30pm.
