Kathleen (Allen) Dugger

Kathleen (Allen) Dugger passed on Dec.8, 2024 at Wellsprings Care Home in Westmoreland, KS at the age of 91.

She was born in Mt. George, Arkansas on March 17, 1933.

She is survived by her son Kent A. Dugger, his wife Cindy S. (Dekat) Dugger, grandson Tyler K. A. Dugger, his wife, Hana Renee (Johnson) Dugger, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceeded in death by her husband, Willard E. Dugger. Her parents Fay O. Allen and Glennie (Lewis) Allen. 3 sisters, Dorothy (Allen) Mathis, Gene (Allen) Harris, andLinda (Allen) Gauntt.

Kathleen worked for AAFES at Fort Riley KS for most all of her adult life. She managed numerous Shopettes at the Fort Riley Army Base.

She loved shopping, antiquing, traveling and above all else spending time with friends, family and her grandson Tyler. She loved the beach at South Padre Island with their family and friends.

Kathleen and Willard expressed their desire to be cremated and have their ashes spread on the beach at a later date.
