Jason Todd Huckaby

Jason Todd Huckaby, "Buck Huck" 41, Manhattan, KS, passed away March 2, 2017 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka, KS, surrounded by his loved ones.

Jason's celebration of life service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 6, at Marysville Christian Fellowship (1137 Pony Express Highway) Marysville, KS.

Jason was born September 30, 1975 in Hiawatha, KS to William Huckaby and Vicki (McNett) Nutter. He attended school in Hiawatha and Seneca, KS. Jason received his Texas High School Diploma. He started a tree trimming business last year, "The Bucket Guys." He had an amazing life with many memorable life experiences.

Jason was proceeded in death by the love of his life, Lisa Graham, his grandparents Clara and William Huckaby and Sam and Erma Mcnett, and two uncles, Sammy McNett and Raymond McNett.

Jason is survived by his mother, Vicki Nutter (Gale) Pawnee City, NE, father, Bill Huckaby (Helga) Huron, KS; four sisters, Sunshine Huckaby (almost brother-in-law, Brad Remmers) Marysville, KS, Jessica Griffee (Mark) Marysville, KS, Gabrielle Smith (Peter) Allen, TX, Kristine Timmerman (Ethan), Omaha NE; two brothers Ricky Davis (Melissa) Corinth, MS, and William Huckaby (Deborah) Warner Robins, GA; life-long best friend Eric Buttner (Jennifer), Manhattan, KS; Eight nephews, five nieces and many aunts, uncles, and cousins

Jason will always be remembered for his sense of humor and his heart of gold. He made everyone laugh and always left a lasting impression. Jason was M31 band's biggest fan, he enjoyed being outside, BBQ's, bonfires, hiking, sunsets, music, and movies.

A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent to U.P. Sunflower Credit Union, Marysville Ks.
