Jason Lloyd Daniel Hodison

Jason Lloyd Daniel Hodison, 46, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025. He was born on July 22, 1979, and leaves behind a legacy of love, humor, and unforgettable memories.

Jason is survived by his beloved son, Cailan Hodison, age 12, of Topeka, Kansas—his greatest joy and proudest accomplishment. He is also survived by his mother, Joyce Morton of Topeka. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Hodison.

Jason's memory will forever live on in the hearts of his three sisters: Gina Morton, Shawna Morton-Wuenstel, and Jessica Morton-Williams, who cherished him deeply.

He is fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews:

• Gina's children: Georgina Riley, Whiley Harris, and Darrian Keeling

• Shawna's children: Danielle Morton and Christopher Wuenstel Jr.

• Jessica's children: Heavenly Howard, Alejandro Morton-Pena, Gabriela Morton-Pena, Abel Morton, and Elaina Williams

Jason is also survived by a large and loving extended family, including more than twenty great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom brought him joy.

Jason will be remembered for his big heart, his ability to make others laugh, and the genuine love he shared with family and friends. His presence will be deeply missed, yet his spirit lives on in every life he touched.
