Janet Mayree Haines, 69, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, surrounded by her family.
She was born March 26, 1956, in Hutchinson, KS.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas R. Haines and Barbara J. Haines.
She is survived by her children, Janell (Jake) Corrigan and Mayree (Manuel) Gracia; her siblings, Debra (Keith) Hunter and Michael (Terri) Haines; five grandchildren, Isaiah, Emma, Lily, Braxton and Bryleigh, whom she deeply enjoyed spending time with; and her beloved cat, Shirley.
Cremation is planned. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 1:00-3:00 pm with family and friends at The Foundry, 400 SW 33rd, St #2209, Topeka, KS.
Inurnment will take place at Laurel Cemetery near Haven, Kansas, with close family.
