James Robert Chalender

James Robert Chalender, 63, of Topeka, KS passed away on November 10, 2019 at his home.  He was born on July 20, 1956 to Robert and Betty Chalender in Lawrence, KS. Both parents preceded him in death.

Jim graduated from Lawrence High School.  He served in the US Army as a mechanic from 1974-1976. Jim enjoyed being outdoors.  He loved to go fishing and boating at Clinton Lake.

Jim is survived by his wife, Linda and his daughter, Erica.  He is also survived by his sister, Debra and two brothers, Dale and Richard.

Jim's wishes were to be cremated and have his ashes spread at Clinton Lake.  A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
