Israel Cain Whatley

Janurary 6, 1992—December 21, 2016

Israel was born in La Junta, Colorado and departed this life in Topeka, Kansas.

He attended St. Matthew's Catholic School, and then went on to Highland Park High School. He and his family were members of St. Matthew's Catholic Church.

Proceeded in death by his father, Abraham Whatley, Grandmother, Gloria Morales, Great Grandmother, Rose Gallegos, and Aunt Cheryl Hernandez.

He is survived by his mother, Renee Whatley, sisters, Brandy (Richard) Martinez, Angel Rae Whatley, and son, Angel David Whatley. As well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Israel enjoyed many interests, including: music, art, writing, cooking, spending time with friends, and family while living life to the fullest. Israel's soul was too unique for our world, and his mind was far beyond any of ours, making him even more beautiful. We are very fortunate to have known and loved him for the 24 years he was with us on Earth, and he has definitely left his footprints in the sands of time.
