Gerald "Jerry" Stidham died peacefully on May 11, 2019 with family at Oakley Place in Topeka, KS. He was born on December 19, 1936 the son of Roy and Clara (Moore) Stidham. He was born in Toledo, Washington at the foot on Mt. St. Helen. Jerry was employed as a lumberjack, served in the Air Force, sold insurance and was a realtor for Kirk and Cobb Realtors for 30 years.

Jerry was a member of Wanamaker Woods Church of the Nazarene. He enjoyed playing golf, puzzles, cards, and dogs Suzie and Suzie 2.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, a son James George who died at birth, and sister Donna Stidham Hughes.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Myrna Persing Stidham, daughter Jan Stidham Cavalieri, granddaughter Elizabeth Unrein (Michael) Allen, stepdaughter Caroline (Andrew) Einwick, stepson Benjamin Hayne, step grandchildren Avery Einwick (Steve) Trickey, Holly Hayne, Philip (Nadia) Einwick, Brooke Hayne (Paul) Kulik, Howard Hayne, and 5 great grandchildren, Kayden Trickey, Olive Kulik, Sloane Trickey, Piper Kulik, and Dexter Kulik, Brothers Gene (Beverly) Stidham, Bob (Gina) Harper, Jackie Madsen. Half siblings Debbie, Douglas (deceased), Lori and Lisa.

Jerry loved his golf buddies, his family and friends but most of all his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Jerry will be so missed. He was a wonderful husband and father.

A Celebration of Jerry's Life with military honors will be Monday, May 20, 2019 at Wanamaker Woods Church of the Nazarene at 3501 SW Wanamaker, Topeka, KS 66614 at 11:00. Visitation 10:00-11:00.
