Gerald (Jerry) Miller 78 of Lyndon, KS passed away Nov. 13, 2019 following a long battle with COPD. He was born June 13th, 1941 in Westmorland, KS. He was the son of Alice and Charles Miller of Wamego, KS. He was in the army during the Bay of Pigs invasion. He was a Nike missile radar operator at the base in Gardner Kansas.

He resided in St. George, KS and worked for the Manhattan Fire Department for 21 years. His joy in life was training horses and mules. He married Carol Miller on November 25, 1966 they were married for almost 53 years.  Then they moved to Lyndon KS where he resided for ten years.

He has two living children his son Mark Miller in Topeka, KS and his daughter Becky Sivesind and her husband Sean Sivesind and two grandchildren Kiara Sivesind and Kairon Sivesind who all live in Meridian, ID. He has one living brother John Miller. Brothers Edward Miller, Kenneth Miller sisters Lois Blenn, Charlene Lahman all proceeded him in death.

Memorial service will be held in the meeting room at the main fire station 2000 Denison Manhattan KS November 23rd at 2pm.
