Cook, Gaylene (Starr), former Pizza Parlor waitress, went to be with the Lord on January 10, 2017. She married Garry Cook November 24, 1979 in Topeka. Survivors: husband, Garry; son, Jimmy Lee Kern Jr. (Debbie) of Florence AL; grandchildren, Lindsey Kern (Jimmy Covan), Michael and Anthony Woods; great-grandchildren, Logan, Lucas, Bentlee, Bristin, She is preceded in death by her parents, Guy Starr and Alice Schmidt; brother, Allen Starr.
