Gale L. Luginsland

Gale L. Luginsland, 67, Emporia, KS, died Monday April 25, 2016 at Flint Hills Care Center.

Mr. Luginsland lived and was a farmer most of his life in Americus, KS. He was also a truck driver for Keim and Knight Trucking, LLC for several years.

He was born September 16, 1948 at Emporia, KS. The son of George A. and Constance F. Erickson Luginsland.

He is survived by daughters Rebecca Cox and Matthew Cox of Dearing, KS; Amanda Meade and Ron Meade of Emporia, KS; sister Frances Luginsland Ripley of Americus, KS; grandchildren Austin Elliott, Dustin Elliott and Bailey Meade of Emporia, KS and Justin Cox of Littlefield, TX.

He was preceded in death by a brother Gene Luginsland.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday April 30, 2016 at the United Methodist Church 413 Walnut St., Americus, KS. There will be a luncheon beginning at 12:30 pm at the church for family and friends.
