Doris Lee Jackson Brewer

Doris Lee Jackson Brewer age 92 of Topeka died July 1st 2016. Her parents Bonnie and Marvel Jackson and her husband C.D. "Bill" Brewer preceded her in death. She is survived by her son James Brewer (Marty), two grandchildren Stacey Brewer Kramer (Doug) of Holton, KS, and Matthew Brewer of Little Rock AR, 4 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Doris graduated from Lawrence High School and attended Kansas University. She and Bill were very active members of the Lawrence KS community. They owned the Brewer Furniture Mart for many years. They were avid KU sports fans and were long time season ticket holders for football and basketball. Doris was a member of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, Lawrence, KS. The graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Monday, July 25th2016 at Memorial Cemetery in Lawrence KS
