Donald Ray Sleezer

Donald Ray Sleezer of Emporia, KS passed away July 23, 2014 at Newman Regional Health. He was born July 28, 1963 in Emporia and died four days short of his 51st birthday. Don was the son of George and Rose Sleezer.

Don graduated from Emporia High School and was an avid motocross racer in his younger years. He worked for many years in construction and flooring. In his most recent pastime he spent restoring two 1966 Ford Econoline Vans and was about halfway through restoring a 1962 Ford Econoline Pickup which will be finished by one of his best friends. He also repaired and sold lawnmowers.

He is survived by his parents; brother, Dave Sleezer; niece and nephew, Dawn and Devin Sleezer and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his faithful Dalmation, Shine.

Cremations has taken place and graveside services will be held later.
