Delores Ann “Dee” Upton

Delores Ann "Dee" Upton (VanAtten), 81, died peacefully in her sleep on March 29, 2015 in Topeka, Kansas. Delores was born on May 29, 1933 in Alma, Michigan, the daughter of Earl VanAtten and Violet Odom. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dixie Lynn LaLonde, and a brother, Jimmy VanAtten. Survivors include a daughter, Sheila; sons, Tim and Brian; granddaughters, Kali, Breanna, and Jessica; grandson, Drew; great granddaughter, Laliana; sisters, Vivian and Yvonne; and brother, Bill. She was a long time member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Cody, Wyoming, where she served in many capacities. A private memorial service will be held.
