Cody Paul Cooper

Cody Paul Cooper, 22, passed away tragically from this life April 19, 2024.

Cody was born April 18, 2002 in Topeka, KS. At a young age, Cody was a busy body. As soon as his feet hit the floor, his crocs were in sport mode and he was on a mission. He would feed all of the neighborhood kids his snacks and then some. No fruit snack or juice box was safe. When he wasn't doing that, you could find him during the week behind home plate wearing oversized catchers gear or Saturday mornings on the football field with the Topeka Buccaneer's.

No one could stop #18. He continued to play sports in middle school at Mater Dei and in high school at Topeka West. He is a graduate of Topeka West class of 2020. To know Cody was to love him. He never knew a stranger and would welcome you with open arms. You knew he was comfortable with you if he ever asked you, "Do I look fat?" His sense of humor and his smile could draw anyone to him. He will definitely be missed by all.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents George and June Cooper, Russell and Eileen Youngblood

He is survived by his parents Kyle and Christi Cooper. Siblings Jen Robbins(Antwan), Jacob Reese(Stephany), Telecia James(Jhay), Eric, James, and Isaac Cooper of Topeka, girlfriend Jasmine Davis and their unborn son, a host of nieces, nephews, honorary aunts, uncles, and friends.
