Christopher Scott Mcduffee

Beloved husband and father, Christopher Scott McDuffee, 49, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away July 5, 2018, after a 7 month battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Chris is preceded in death by his father, Donald McDuffee. He is survived by his loving wife, Nicole; daughters Courtney and Kayelynn; sons Nicholas and Noah. Chris is also survived by his mother, Rebecca; sister, Heidi and half brother Donald Jr.

Chris was born March 2, 1969, in California to Donald and Rebecca McDuffee. He married Nicole April 2, 2010, in California. They moved to Kansas in July of 2010 where Chris worked as a fuel truck driver.

Chris loved cars and had hoped to work on an old car with his sons. He loved to be outside tinkering in his garage, fixing things. He always had different projects he was working on. He was a funny, easy-going person who would find humor in any situation. Chris very rarely went anywhere without wearing his hat. Even while in the hospital, he insisted on wearing his hat. He enjoyed going back home to California to visit. He loved going to the beach and swimming in the ocean. Chris was a hard worker, always going out of his way to help others out. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

A memorial lunch will be held at the Blind Tiger July 21st at noon.
