Charles Emory Rich, Sr, 75, of Emporia, KS, passed away Wendesday, May 28, 2025, in the comfort of his home with his loving family at his side.
He was born November 7, 1949, in St. Joseph, Florida the son of Clyde and Emmeline (Cook) Rich.
Charles retired from the Lyon County Road and Bridge Department.
He is survived by his wife Linda Rich, four children, Chase (Angelica) Rich, Charles (Desiree) Rich, Jr., Odessa Rich and Aimee (Randy) Sansing, a brother, Clyde Rich along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Emmeline, and two brothers, Ronnie Rich and Larry Rich.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a private family service.
